cyenna
I've had this 20" Orbit light fixture for three months now. It worked great for my ten gallon but then I upgraded and now I have it sitting on two glass panels on my 20L. Anyway, looking for an upgrade but I'm seriously lacking the funds for that. So, I'm looking for $90 OBO. Comes with legs.
R-3
What lights are in it? Just wondering. Does it have legs? This might work on my mantis tank. Later Ryan
cyenna
comes with legs and the original 2X40W lights which are dual atinic and dual daylight. If you wanted to buy replacements I think you're supposed to get sunpaq light bulbs.
mister crabs
its pc fixture correct? does it have moonlights?
cyenna
hehe. guess i assumed everyone knew what came with an "Orbit". It is indeed a power compact flourescent. It comes with three powercords for moonlights, atinic, and daylights. Two switches for the atinic and daylights (I leave the moonlights plugged in all the time). The moonlights are white. Altogether I'm pretty satisfied with this fixture, the only gripe is that the fan is kinda loud but I hardly notice it anymore. Anymore questions and I'll be happy to answer to the best of my knowledge. (waving)
R-3
No I had an iea but Current who makes the Orbit fixtures makes like 100 different fixtures. They make 70, 150 250 w halides. All pcs and t5 setups even. Alot to choose from. Besides that i would be interested I wonder if it would fit on my tank. Are you in Corvallis or Portland? Let me know. Queen Angel
Hi Cyenna, Just to let you know that the lights are all plugged in and on my 10 gallon now. It exactly what I was looking for. I love everything about it. Its cool that the moonlights makes a shimmery affect on the water. I dont think the fan is loud at all. At least I cant hear it over the fans in our computers! Thanks for the great deal. It was very nice meeting you. Hope you have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!! Tammy
