tidalsculpin
I was talking to Eric Hanneman at Liquid Sunshine today. He showed me this website: http://www.carespreservation.com/introduction.html You may know he is a Central American Cichlid Enthusiast. Well, anyways, he says students in this Maryland school and others raise endangered fw fish in their classroom. The cares foundation helps them with funding. Pretty cool. They also support some marine species that are approaching exctincion: The Hippocampus genus. Perhaps we should look into their approach further to get ideas for our TFT model to learn how to do this for reef tanks. BTW: Eric has said that if we were organized and had a good plan put together he could appeal to some of his wholesalers for equipment. A very nice offer. He seemed to like the idea of promoting both fresh and salt. He really is passionate about protecting some of the central american fw species that are going extinct in the wild. He has some of these fish in his shop.
