Send a PayPal payment of $10 per ticket  too...   paypal@pnwmas.org.  I would mention in the comments what it is for just to be safe and also reference your screen name just to make sure the appropriate person gets credit on the 'Paid" list.

I don't agree with the "early bird" tickets, not so much fair for others who can not attend early, looks more like private even,are the vendors going to limit quantities and warranty opportunity for other people who attend during the event hours?

Sorry to hear that, @zorroreef. Much like retail stores cannot set aside merchandise or limit purchases in the first hour for those arriving after that, neither will we require our vendors. We fairly offer tickets for entry at 10 AM to everyone, and you’re welcome to purchase one or pass. We’ve done this year after year and had zero complaints to date that there weren’t great corals available 11 AM onward. Event closes at 4 and has a fantastic selection till the end.

There should be thousands corals available this weekend. I don't think they will be gone in a hour.

What about those who cannot attend until 2 or 3 o'clock in the afternoon? Is it unfair for vendors to sell out before then?

To be honest, this is like complaining about stores opening early on Black Friday. If you show up late, will you miss out on something awesome? Possibly, probably, maybe... Who knows? If people can make it early, great! If not, it's still going to be an awesome event for those wanting coral. I do agree with you on one point, it IS a "private event" during the early bird timeframe. That's the whole point. Hope to see you there, whatever time that may be! [emoji3]

I love Andrews analogy here.... This is an amazing event with tons of exotic corals from all around! The Early Bird tickets allow for some hard core coral fans to get in a tad early, and donate a little bit more to our awesome Tanks For Teachers program.
