Drilling glass

ohhh. DRILL holes?

I was just going to make holes with a small hammer.

I have a 1" hammer, a 1.5" hammer and a 3" hammer.  As long as you keep the glass cool while hitting with the hammer we should be ok.   Hopefully its tempered glass, that makes the process go MUCH quicker.

I think the hole sizes are about 2 1/4 and 1 1/4

2 large and 2 small, i should just buy new bulkheads.

You guys are all great! Thanks for the responses.

off topic.. but two 1.5" drains in a cube?  brah...  I have two 1.5" drains in my display tank and the return pump is a reeflow hammerhead! (thats 4500 gph with 12' of head.

You building an aquarium or tsunami simulator. :)

HAHA

It's being tied into my 135g system that is pretty high flow. This cube is going to be home to my clowns and all their nems and was trying to plan on the returns for flow so i don't have to risk a powerhead in there.
