It has both tentacles with a single tip (hammer) and some have multiple tips (frogspawn). I used to have a piece like this in the past. Most people mistake it for just a frogspawn. I just said..ok, because really, why debate it. But as it turns out, it is a "frammer". They have better color than frog spawns IMO. .glad to hear you sold it, I have many heads available for anyone interested.
