Happy Superbowl Sunday! I have free coral!

Hey all, I've finally begun some much needed rearranging in my tank. Step one was breaking off a massive rainbow tort colony that was at least a square foot. I've never really liked the growth structure and it's placement in my tank was too high so the colors were never as good as they could be. Pieces that broke off actually grew on the substrate and looked way better. A nice green base with blue tips. The colony itself was more faded, with less of a green base.

Here's a few quick phone shots of a piece on my substrate, plus the colony pieces in the sump. I could give you as much as you want. Currently my sump is full of 6-8 pieces. Let me know! They'll probably last a couple days in the sump with the refugium light, but who knows? I'll be free from 10:30 until about kickoff today. Tomorrow and Tuesday, late in the evening (after 8). I live in Scappoose.

Hey Higher Thinking!
I'll take a frag of that rainbow tort. Will you be going to the February meeting at Roy's?

That's the point I was trying to get across. The coral are just sitting in my sump, probably wouldn't last more than a couple days in there. Maybe more depending on how they like the sump light blasting them. No guarantees that anything will be alive by the meeting.
