air561
My friend's nano tank tries to overflow every time he turns on the powerhead. He has to wiggle the return in the sump to get the siphon started again. Any ideas on how to make it work better? I have a Derso stand pipe on mine and I was thinking something similar. PVC "T" off the back, with tape over the top and just the right amount of holes in the tape to allow air through to start the siphon without flushing? cjmdh
Like you said put a tee but instead of tape put a small piece of pvc in the top so you can put a cap on it. Then you can drill a hole in the cap to allow air in. Check out: https://www.dursostandpipes.com/make-your-own-durso-standpipe
