Quarantined Tomini has strange mark

I've had this tang for a week. It's been in quarantine the entire time, and yesterday I noticed this mark on the side. Assuming I can get the pictures to work, does anybody recognize this?

I can't really tell what's going on there from the images. I can discern what looks like might be a mild abrasion but if it is, it looks pretty shallow. Don't see any inflammation as yet either. Monitor it for any sign of swelling or infection. Try to view that site from above to gauge changes (or lack thereof, cheers!)

What is the size of the animal for scale?

Still a juvenile. 3.5 to 4" or so. I'll keep a close eye on it for a long stretch and see what changes. Thanks to all for the advice!

Just seems like coloration to me - but yeah, keep on eye on it.

If it is flukes - fairly easy to cure. Prazipro works wonders and is easy on the fish. I normally give every fish in QT a Prazi and Cupramine treatment. Some don't. Personal preference.
