defigart Posted August 19, 2007 Share Posted August 19, 2007 Voice Over Internet Protocal, (VOIP) is great. I have had it since it sucked a few years ago. I don't use it on my Cell (I don't have a cell). But I use it on my landline, the company I use is around $20 a month, and that includes local and long distance, to most of the free world. There are a few hiccups, but most of these have been ironed out by the "phone" company over the last 3 years. Like the modem not wanting to reconnect after a internet outage. The line being very echoed when talking, they changed the bandwidth of my "line". Overall I am VERY happy. It has saved me thousands of dollars in a few years.
