jdczac13
I am wondering what the normal behavior is for these guys after they settle in to a tank. Just got one Sunday, and he is hiding a lot. Does come out to eat, but other than that is hiding in the rock work.
Exodus
I would be more concerned if it refused to eat, though being it is eating that's a great sign.
jdczac13
Yeah it is eating great. Every time I turn the pumps off to feed it comes out, and gobbles the food up.
Emerald525
That's not unusual for you to just have had him added to the tank. I had a yasha hasha goby that hid for a month before it got acclimated. That's probably the longest but typically can take a days or a week. I hope you have a larger tank and the little guy has lots of room because they are small fish that typically need a lot of territory. They are like me.. short but with a lot of attitude... ;0

jdczac13
It is in a 40 gallon with a pair of clowns. Everyone gets along great haven't had any fighting. He lives under one of the rocks and the clowns seem to be hosting the rock across from it.
