tenderfoot
I put 6 of the marine pure media balls in my 30 gallon a year ago and I've got a 4x4x8 block of it in the sump that I put in with the spheres on 1/29. Threw a frozen cube in and that should get things going. I hope you have a mixed reef that is as diverse as it is beautiful. I love sps and will have a great deal, however I want to house the most diverse and communal organisms as possible. As such, I would like to propose a stocking list once I've ironed a few must haves out that I will share. Thank you for any and all feedback. Paratore
This is going to be an awesome tank! I love the sump! Could you give us a front shot of the sump? I want to see the size and different chambers if possible:) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

tenderfoot
Also, has anyone a good recommendation for magnet scrubber for acrylic? The hammerhead is where I am leaning. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
Paratore
I really like the flipper magnet I have it has a soft pad for light algae and a plastic scraper on the other side to get ride of the purple algae(spacing name right now haha) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Smann
Have had the Hammer head for years, works great never had a scratch. Pad replacements come with new felt, I changed mine each time I ordered pads
tenderfoot
Paratore, is your tank acrylic? I would feel more comfortable scraping coraline by hand with a plastic tip. Too afraid to scratch h with a scrape on a magnet! Smann, you are also acrylic? That magnet just has a lot going for it, and worth the price for the hammerhead.
