wmcbane200 Posted January 26, 2016 Share Posted January 26, 2016 Well it's been a journey! I got into the saltwater hobby about a month ago now. Bubbarockies and I have had some fun building it. Figured I would show off my tank now. Still a work in progress. My first fish that my wife, bubba, and his wife surprised me with! Tank setup without the sump letting it cycle. Took over the dinning room table getting ready to build the HoB overflow and get the sump up. I decided to skip the picture of my hand that I might have drilled a tinny hole in... Under the tank. The Coral I have atm. And the rest of my fish! (The light was off but he's kinda a butt. Every time I pull out my phone he hides lol) And the tank as a whole atm! Looking good when i seen all your parts out in the pic that was cool to made me want to build and think of ideas It's looking very good you sure did get a nice tank for just getting into this i started with a 40B as well. I finally got my own skimmer and ordered my ATO that should be in tomorrow. I'm having a small algae problem but I'm just going to start doing more frequent water changes and I think that will help. Corals are doing amazing and my fish are very happy! I'll be upgrading to a bigger one this summer. I keep going back and forth so for now I will not say what. Last items I need are the Apex and I'm still using my brothers lights. I'll get the lights after I buy my new one tho. Apex... Well I just need to save up.
