So with a bare bottom what do you recommend? I'm setting up a new tank and I'm clueless for what to do for my cuc.

That's crazy! Those snails have everything growing in them and the frag tank is spotless! So trochus is what I want to look for...

I keep a yellow tang in each frag tank and for CUC Astrea/Trochus and that's it. I have to siphon detritus out at least every other day. Not a fan of frag racks they just grow bad stuff and are hard to clean around-everything is on discs and the rack that's in there is only temporary.

I'm not sure if I should clean the snails or if it's better letting them be the magnet :)
