Frank
Looking to see if any one out there is running this combo. Would like to know if you have played with custom colors. I have learned how do the clouds and the storm.
Zwickm
I have two Hydra 26's connected to my Apex. Really liking them! I do an 11 hour photo period with a very gradually ramp up over several hours. Only at its peak for a couples hours mid-day. I start very blue and then go to 20k, 18k, 14k and very briefly 12k before it cycle goes back the other direction. Keep intensity to higher than 70% at peak time. What have you been doing so far? Frank
This is how I have mine right now. I have it also so it has lighting and the clouds. I'm looking more to play with the colors and see what works best. Love the lights. Edited August 31, 2015 by Frank

beer503
It's a nice fixture! I've beeninf using them over a year! Imo the white is too muc, too overpower! I liked it until i saw my friend's dyi led hahaha
Frank
I like the how I can control it with the apex.. I'm running it as 20k so the whites don't over power.... I have t5 also so that might help.
Zwickm
Frank - how long have you been running them and how's your coral growth and coloration under the settings you shared? Frank
I had them now only a week. I have to say I'm surprised for a little light I covers 24x24 no problem. The corals seam to love it getting great colors don't know about growth little to soon for that.
