In fact it's a great combination of slow response (not triggering from small waves) and shallow depth change per trigger. Blue Z Reef Posted July 12, 2015 Author Share Posted July 12, 2015 If it's in a sump, the area it refills is relatively small, like 10x18 or something (probably equates to 1/10 or less of a gal). In my frag tank it's refilling 24x48 between triggering which is like 2+ gals at a time despite the shallow trigger. Not ideal for a smaller frag system to keep swings to a min.
