Nice corals!!! How is the regal doing in the reef tank! And that's a gray belly regal? How long have you have it? Im thinking about addinf one in my tank :)

Sadly the regal didn't make it through a disease out break I had a while back.

Wow, love the colours on the SPS.  You've had very fast progress on this tank.

Have a few questions, hope you dont mind:

1. Do you run GFO/GAC as part of the filtration on this tank?

2. What is your PO4 and NO3 levels?

3. Do you run white LED's @ 100% or lower at peak cycle time?

4. What do you feed SPS corals or do you dose additives?

Many thanks and keep the photos coming. :)

1. I run a bag of GAC in the sump that i change out about once a month

2. last time I checked PO4 was .08 and PO3 was around 5-6 granted I maybe test for them once a month at most

3. At their peak the whites are at 90% and thats for 3hours of the 13hour photo period

4. outside of dosing trace elements and liquid carbon source I dose red sea reef energy A&B once a week mixed with a calcium carbonate slurry and 2ml zeospur once a month. Calcium reactor takes care of Ca,Mg and Alk last water change was 6+ months ago.

Work has been crazy lately and I have really just been letting the tank kinda go on auto pilot.  I tend to tinker with things to much so it is probably a good thing I haven't had much time to do anything other than sit back and enjoy the view.  I had the camera out tonight, for photos of the growout frag and managed to take some coral shots before lights went out.  its amazing how it seems like nothing grows until you look at pictures of the same coral from 2-3 months ago and notice the difference.
