Toby Flenderson
I'm leaving for a week on a trip shortly and I recently increased my feeding load. Should I go sockless? If I leave the filter sock t I'm sure it will get ful in a few days.
Bigjohnwoody
I see no need for a sock. Ran my tank sock less for quite some time. I've added a sock since, but no need for something that's not necessary to cause you extra stress or overflow. Just keeps the sump cleaner and the water column a little more sparkling clean. I say no sock IMHO.
