impur
Something like one of those baskets strawberrys come in, you could put it over the RBTA to protect it. To catch the shrimp get a bottle with an opening it will fit thru, put some food in the bottom of the bottle and wait for the shrimp to enter
Islandoftiki
Most shrimp are pretty easy to lure with food. You might even be able to scoop him our with your hand if you have food. The one I had wasn't afraid of hands, he was always investigating when my hands were in the tank.
Trautman
Or, if you want both to be in the same tank, I would just get a clownfish to protect the anemone

Mr S
Most of the time peppermint shrimp are easy to catch if you just reach in and lift out the rocks. Put a net under the rock as you raise it and they usually drop in. Of course if you have a lot of LR this is a moot point. JMO,
