I've been testing all of my levels for the past week, and while the Alk and Cal seem to drop at a consistent basis, the Mag seems to be staying at 1500. Alk and Cal are being dosed everyday to keep up with the drop in levels, but why aren't my Mag levels dropping (scratch)? Is this normal or am I getting false readings? TRENT Posted August 2, 2011 Share Posted August 2, 2011 My experience is Mag is the easiest to keep constant. If you do regular water changes with good salt it should stay up their in that range.
