fpd4308
So I have been shopping the DA Reefkeepers and I have come up with a few questions. 1)now I am a bigger better guy so of course I am looking at the elite but is there somethings you can do with the elite that you cant with the lite. 2) currently I wouldnt need all the features of the elite but I may in the future. Does the lite allow me to add more features (more probes, plugs, net, ect) in the future. I realize that in the long run it would probably cost more to add features than to just buy the elite but I don't know that I will ever need to add things so it is kind of a gamble. there is a deal on the lite at marine depot. I am sure some of you have seen it and I am thinking about taking advantage of it. 170.00 for lite and ph probe and temp probe ect. I just want to get something that could expand with me if necessary in the future.
Harold B
The deal on the lite at MD is smokin and with the release of my reef 2.0. Go to DA's support website for all the answers your looking for.
ReeFit
yes the light version lets you add on as you go, the screen is pretty small though, its only two lines of text. But all in all i have 2 of them and like them alot. you can also buy them in packages with all the accessories and net modules.
USCG CWO
You can only add four modules to the lite but up to something like 150 on the Elite.
markdadof2
I run the elite and just upgraded to myreef 2.0 last night. Loving it today as I can control my tank from anywhere I want (a bit distracting here at work)! I like the fact I can add an unlimited # of modules as I need more (and I have added about 3 since I bought the package).
