Also note there is a school zone where the road makes a "S" right before you can get onto I-5 . I used to work there and they would set up the photo radar every once in a while and they would catch hundreds of people in a few hours. But the extra fine from being a school zone you cant get back.

As a side note to inflated tickets. I got a ticket for SUPPOSEDLY running a stop sign at Fort Stevens camp ground (the main one by where you check in at) 10 or 15 years ago. The fine was $175.00! I saw the the OSP car sitting there,I came to a stop(I know this because I was trying to figure out which way to go at the stop sign) went & looked at the camp spot & came back to the check in booth & when I came back the little State Trooper trainee came up to me & wrote me a ticket. I told the judge if I ran a stop sign why did she wait until I came back 10 minutes later to write me up? Sorry I'll quit ranting, yes this still bothers me this many years later(flame)(flame)(flame) P.S. the Judge did not knock any money off of the fine.
