kilmca Posted November 7, 2009 Share Posted November 7, 2009 We're at the hospital and now we are waiting for our first kid to show up, very exciting! Doctor says everything looks good so far. Last night was pretty rough for my wife, contractions all night long. They weren't close enough to come in but they were close enough that she couldn't sleep. It seems like yesterday we were bringing our first home and he's almost old enough to drink now. I scared my wife when I told her not to be surprised in a few years when the grandkids are asking to ride with grandma and grandpa. I took over 300 pictures and loaded almost all of them up to photobucket on the fly so my family could see what's going on. I also got an audio recording of his first cry.... Here is the warning I never got....it wasn't the birth that made me quizy....it was the after birth.(puke)....no I didn't actualy puke nor pass out....but I definately felt a bit on the ill side. Take heed of the exploding diapers....be thank full that in the beginning they are all that black stuff that doens't smell. We just graduated to the real deal and let me tell you.....well.....let's just say enjoy the non smelling, exploding, how did you get it to go up there, diapers.
