reef165 Posted October 13, 2009 Share Posted October 13, 2009 durring Blackberry season we went and got a BUNCH of blackberrys, well we had a 1/2 gallon of Vodka and no mixer so we juced a bunch of the berrys and it was tart so we added sugar and a little lemon to get the tast rite. It was very good! Well its been in a 2 litter bottle in the fridge for about 3 monthes now and thismorning my GF saw it in the fridge and opened it and to her suprise it fizzed up and so she called me over and I said lets taste it, she wouldnt but I poured a glass and yes it is carbonated and def. has a alcohol content. Prob not alot but I must say that it tastes so freaken good! Like a dessert wine carbonated. Im thinking maybe next year doing it on a bigger scale, as I only have a little less than 1/2 the bottle and it wont last long! expecialy if I get some icecream later!
