What is it?

I would browse some of the hitchhiker listings and see if you can identify it that way. Unfortunately the description could cover a variety of both good and bad things. Check this thread and see if you can find it amongst the stuff in my old overflow: http://www.pnwmas.org/forums/showthread.php?t=13533

If you can find a match then it should be fine as there isn't anything in those pics that is bad. Rather they are just an indication of a healthy system. (I'm hoping my new tank looks the same before long)

Dude, It's to small for a pic! I wish I could! It's like a centimeter long and it looks like a huge white flea. Has antenneas and is crazy fast!

An amphipod is the first thing to come to mind by your description. http://www.nano-reef.com/invertebrates/?id=2

These are one of the most common and desirable hitch hikers to show up in reef tanks. A very good supplemental food.
