Great article. Nice to see there are more temperate corals here than we previously thought. I was only familiar with the solitary Orange Cup Coral (Balanophyllia elegans) http://www.divebums.com/FishID/Pages/cupcoral.html which ranges from SE Alaska to Baja California. I collected some a few years ago in the Monterey Bay area, but they were short lived. Hopefully we may see some of these newly discovered ones at the Oregon Coast Aquarium one of these days!
