The pic is not very good (left my Rebel at work) but you can see the coral in the back, all the tips are gone. The branches to the left both had about 5 sprouts 1/2" long at the top. Ita about a year old started from a small frag, I have a long spined urchin and another spiked urchin(different) but have never had any problems with coral!!. I looked them both up and they say they are grazers and meat eaters. I know i have a fire worm but its the type that eats food not coral. Nothing elase in the tank has been bothered

What other livestock do you have in the tank, and what are the water parameters? Maybe something spiked in the water chem and caused trouble?
Kind of shooting in the dark here. :/

Have you tested phosphates? Take a sample to Waves and have them use the colorimeter. It costs $1, but it is much more accurate. When my phosphates went up, I had trouble with my acropora.

This happened like overnight, I had just photographed it a while ago because it was getting its blue color back on the branches growing towards the light, but I will check
Thanks

You say you are "missing" branches? Look Chewed, or broken off. Can you frag a good piece if any left? OR IS THE ENITER PIECE SHOCKED?

Looks like it got munched on. My pencil urchin likes to eat encrusting montipora.

To me it looks like that kenya tree or whatever type of leather is burning the crap out of it. Check to see if thats the only spot that is getting stung.
