added a skimmer and polyps are not out

So I added a skimmer this weekend and since a few of my SPS do not have their polyps out as usual. All water params tested ok (ammonia, nitirite, nitrate, phos, alk, ca, mag. temp and pH is ok per my aqua controller. I also lowered the flow when I sold my 6025, but I still have a korilia #2 and two return pumps putting out another 500gpm. Kinda strange, I can't figure it out.

I see in your other thread you have a Citron goby.

How long have you had it? There has been alot of threads about them being polyp nippers. Just an FYI.

you may be right. Had him two weeks and he's probably settled in and nipping away now. Only two corals are affected right now, my green slimer and a pink milli.

I need to observe him some more.

Ohh yeah those guys definately like to eat some SPS polyps!! That guy is most like the culprit. Later Ryan
