I have read many articles read many articles about how GW was ignoring similar conservation issues, such as global warming and it's effect on world reefs. Perhaps due to pressure from scientists, environmental groups, and the general public, he now has made a major contribution for protecting our environment. I commend him on this.

This is excellent! I can't believe the current administration went for it. Must be no oil there. But than again, an act of congress would allow drilling there too!
