View Full Version : Anybody use Ozone?

I am thinking about Ozone, I am thinking I can get everything I need for under two hundred bucks...I would like to know anyone's expeirnce on it... I hate asking RC.

If you already have UV there isn't much of a reason to also run Ozone, most people run one of the other.

I run ozone and think it helps, but its only really safe if you have a controller.

Yeah they both basiclly do the same thing. Ozone is just stronger and because of that requires you to really really watch how much you put in. It (Ozone) can also damage equipment in your system (i.e. skimmer parts, etc..). If you ran both I would be really worried about stripping to much out.

On my tanks I don't run either...
