Here are a couple random pictures from my garden. I used a flash. It seemed to help bring out the details. Does anyone have advice on photographing aquariums?

Use a good quality camera, use a camera stand, and make sure all the aquarium light is on, if you don't have bright light (MH or multiple T-5) you may have to improvise but I get the best pics with no flash. Once you do that you may need to adjust the lighting in your camera (white balance) or simply adjust it in photoshop or program of your choice.

Thats a quick rundown....

The picture aren't bad, the color is good. One easy thing you can do to improve, is to aim your camera perpendicular to the glass. You'll lose some of that blurriness that is due to refraction.

Ok I know, I did it again. I revived an old thread. But my thoughts are, why start a new one, when there is a perfectly good thread here already.

So I bought this paly a couple months ago for my personal tank, but it ended up in my wifes nano.

The pic was taken by the guy I bought it from, but it is an accurate picture. (No photoshop)

tidalzones.

Is that the name of the zoa, or the name of the store it came from?
