Heater and UV Sterilizer

I got these heater in a package deal a while back. They are both Coralife brand. Any idea hot powerful the heaters are, or how I can tell? Are they SW safe or how I can tell.

Finally, should I use the UV Sterilizer on a reef tank? If so where is the most common place "in line" to put it?

On the sterilizer, I would put it on the return side - kind of like the final "clean" before the tank.

Most use Ebo jaggers as do I - no problems so far and it's been over 10yrs in different tanks.

I have read that a lot of people don't like uv sterilizers on reef tanks as they think that they remove beneficial bacteria that the reef tank needs. On the other hand some people swear by them. I'd do some research before adding it. Just my .02
