How come the right side of the FTS is so green?

How come the right side of the FTS is so green?

I think it's the MH light. It was on the other side and in a test to determine if it was the bulb or the ballast I swapped. Looks like it's the bulb. It's odd though - it's the same bulb as the other side. Oh well - they are due for a swap in 3 months.
