Alk too high?

I just did water testing and have the following parameters:

Alk 13.4
calcium 425
mag 1250
ph 8.3
temp 81
SG 1.023

Not sure but I think the alk is too high. I'm using a calcium reactor to maintain levels. Do you think the mag levels are too low?

OOOPPPs I'm dumb ***, I used too much water in the test. retested and it read 10.9 alk.
