I have three aqualifter pumps that I use for top-off, and all three used to run at a steady stream.
They are about a year old, and all of them have slowed down to a crawl, meaning about a drop every 3 seconds, or somesuch.

The airline connected to them is free and clear, and the line is well submerged.

Any ideas?
Do these wear out fairly quickly?

im assuming the bladder that is used as the main source of move ment has wore out or is too stiff, mostlikly youll need to buy a new one.

Did you try running some vinegar thru them?

No vinegar, yet.
I've only used them for RO/DI water, so I didn't think it would be necessary, but maybe I'll give it a try.

I also found that they sell replacement diaphragms for the aqualifter online, so if the vinegar doesn't work I'll get those. Much cheaper than a new pump.
