This picture I took with one of those cheap "water proof" one use cameras just off the coast due west of this artificial "reef".

wow.....even some of our scientists are dumb! " the tires may leach toxins into the water" DUH!! Ya Think!!!!! hmm....made from rubber and petroleum and everything else not naturally found in the ocean and we put it in the water.....nice job florida and virginia! lol
