CO2 in eugene

I'm setting up my CA reactor this week. Fed up with daily dosing and fluctuating levels. Anyone know the best place in eugene to get my 5lb tank filled??

2nd question. Can i just have it filled by a welding shop or does it need to be food grade CO2 such as the stuff used for beer/soda?

i get mine from welding shop never had prob dont think theres a diff (fish)
