Looking for Frag plugs

I picked up some frag plugs at Oceans in a box and they said they got them from the Tanks for Teachers just wondering from who and if i can buy some more.
They are like i pie shape and about 3" around and are made of cement and aragonite.
Any help would be great.

I carry about 10 different varieties down here. I carry most of the "Tiger" discs, plugs, and rocks as well as the various Oceans Wonders options. Roger, Mr.S has and his previous students used to make them. I think he may still be making them as well.
