Sale Hours & Private Appointment Schedule

Saturday May 14th 9am-6pm
Sunday May 15th 10am-6pm
Friday May 13th Closed for Private Appoinments (See below for scheduling options)

We are not going to open the doors until 9am on Saturday. Feel free to form a line earlier and remember to take a number ticket on the way in. If you are after any dry goods door busters do not wait for assistance before securing them. If it is raining please bring an umbrella or dress accordingly if you decide to arrive early and wait in line. There is no covered area for protection from the elements.

Friday May 13th - Private Appoinment Info

Many of our customers have expressed that they just don't do crowds, and therefore miss out on our Sale Events. Its also hard to move around and see everything during the first morning of the sale. In an effort to reduce the Saturday morning crowd and allow some of you a more relaxed, Event experience we are going to schedule appointments for Friday May 13th. The store will be closed to the public. From 11AM - 6PM we will have 5 people booked each hour. They will each get their own employee to help them, answer questions, show them the specials, etc. No crowds, no rush. All of the specials are good during this time. At the end of the hour we will move on to the next group.

If you are interested in scheduling one of these slots please PM me up to three time slots, in order of preference, that would best fit your schedule on Friday May 13th. I need your first and last name and a phone number. If there are more requests than slots we will draw names to fairly fill the appointments. I will post the final schedule below and call everyone to confirm their appointment. If ANY slot works for you please indicate this in your PM. Please don't commit to a time slot if you are not sure you can make the appointment.

We usually have a small raffle during this event. Its nothing like our Anniversary Sale raffle but its still fun. We will have one set of prizes that are a part of the "Free Raffle" and one set of prizes for a "$2 Ticket Raffle". Everyone who comes to the event gets a free ticket for the "Free Raffle". You can purchase more tickets for $2 each or 6 for $10. These purchased tickets can be used in either raffle category. We are still gathering prizes and sorting but the information will be presented in this post at a later date.

We made some changes to the specials today.

1. The Radium shortage finally hit home and our supplier is out. We changed that special to Phoenix 14K DE 150w/250 $59.99 ea.

2. The Octopus Skimmer discount is limited to stock on hand. No special orders or rain checks.

3. Brightwell Salt distribution to our area is changing logistically. Since our supplier can not guarantee our current cost we cannot offer rain checks for the special price we posted. We will have about 15 buckets available. That is all they have left. We will still be able to get the salt but our cost is going up an un-specified amount. As such.....

4. We are adding both Reef Crystals and Instant Ocean buckets to our specials!!! (Right on Mike!) We should have prices figured out sometime Tuesday.

5. Pink Anthias didn't ship. We took them off and.....added Small Green Chromis $.99 each!!! (Yay Tom!)

Hopefully, this is as bad as the hiccups get, but if not we will work with whatever gets thrown our way. Sorry for any inconvenience these changes might cause.
