new icecap 660 ballast with new harness, heatsink and the instruction book. i got this 2 years ago and don't need it. will sell for $140 OBO within reason. these are on sale at drs foster for $160

what kind of bulbs? how many will this ballast run?

660s will run up to 4 bulbs, and up to a total of 440 watts (so 4-48" VHOs max)

they are very versatile and the manufacturer will even fix them if they ever have a problem.
