Very nice! Just an FYI, but when I moved the rics from the big tank to my nano and started to target feed, they started splitting. One went to five. :D

What do you target feed Stacey? Just wondering. I have one that is splitting into two and would like to get the others jump started. Later Ryan

I usually throw together a slurry of phyto, cyclopeeze and I think it's Formula One cubes and just try to shoot some smaller chunks at the mouths. I haven't heard any complaints out of them. (laugh)

My orange rics split, my green ones take a walk and lay tons of little babies in their path. One has become about 22 at last count.

How can you tell what type of ric you have (yuma, any other types)?
I have some orange ones, and one that's a blue-gray coloration.

Neil told me that if you look at the neck (leading to the mouth), if there's bumps it's a yuma. If the neck is smooth, it's a ric. And according to this I have orange rics and a multi-colored yuma.

I can usually tell by the price I paid for them. Yumas really expensive. Floridas cheap!!!! lol

More to the point; for florida, Roger has to whine and cry about the price, for yuma, Roger has seizures at the wholesale price. In all fairness, yuma is more expensive than it should be. R2R2
