Ive heard this is the best chem to use for flatworms? ive recently had an outbreak and i need something to cure my reef asap! im not sure how fast these guys spread but i have been siphoning them out every other night and ive heard of the damage they can do. Anyone have this product in stock! please get back to me thank you!

Cichlids and salt has it in Springfield, READ THE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY!

They have it at Coral reef in salem.I have 2 boxes myself, but it's a long drive from there to hear.

Just remember, you going to create a lot of die off..... so you know what that means..... nitrates, be prepaired beforehand to make a large water change if need be, or you might have more than floating worms.

thanks guys also if anyone local may have any i will drive out. I am working like everyday for the next 2 weeks so i dont think i can make it out to salem in time before they close.

Syphon as many of them out before you dose as you can

Well if you make it down to Springfield we have 4 boxes in stock. We have pretty much quit taking corals from individuals and if we do take anything in we dose it with the Flatworm exit just to be on the safe side.

Used the Salifert flatworm exit last night and so far looking great! No stress to any of my corals thank god and no sight of those little ****s. Thanks for everyones imput, now i can get back to enjoing my reef.

well the down side about flatworm exit is that it will kill the hatched one, but if you have eggs, flatworm exit wont help. so if you use flatworm exit it will do the trick for a while, but they will apear again in few weeks, so you need somethign that eats them,like blue-striped tailed se slug, they are cheep, but hard to get. good luck.

I think these flatworms reproduce by fission. I could be wrong though.

It is always a good idea to do a second treatment after about two weeks just to make sure you got all the little buggers. There is much less risk in using the treatment the second time because if there are any flatworms there won't be many.

you are correct and as suggested id do a second treatment to be safe.
