I'm Charlie. New to the group, new to the hobby (6 mos). Live in PDX. What started out as 1, 20 long nano reef has turned into 2 tanks now, a 26 bowfront and I've had good success so far. You could say I'm addicted. I'm planning a much larger tank now, which I probably should have started with in the first place based on what I've spent on these two. I did freshwater for years. Didn't know what I was missing. I look forward to learning more from everyone!

Glad to see you have found us. Have you joined the club? If not you should think about it, it has benefits. I have seen you on here before but I notice this is your first post. Don't be shy we are all here to learn and share. Hope to see more of you.

PS - Might be wrong about see you before on the boards huh?

You've found a great resource! I don't know how Jay and I would have fared in the hobby if I didn't find PNWMAS and all the other reef boards out there! So stick around and don't be afraid to post when you have questions. Someone might know the answers!

BTW, I started out fresh, too. Discus, cichlids. Jay never showed one iota of interest. Then I started researching salt... ran across a great deal from someone selling their system and BAM! Jay is now hopelessly addicted! I had to start up a 20L for myself because he's rather possessive of the big tank! (wife)

Well, I think you can count yourself out on ever designing the banner for the website! rofl

Just kidding! Believe me, what you did... brilliant compared to what I would be able to do! I can find the smilies, but I can't make them! :D
