Just wanted to say thanks to the crew at Upscales.
I had been looking for a copperband for a while and everyone on the boards said you should make sure they are eating before you take one home. I asked to have the fish in question fed and they did just that. He gobbled up the food so I took him home and is doing great.
I have seen a big improvement in "friendly" customer service at Upscales in the last 6 months. The store and livestock all look great.
