Whos up for carpooling to the next meeting down in Albany? Would kinda be fun for us northerners to swing by Albany's Amazing.

I am probably going. I have a 7 passenger mini-van I can take.

Let me know if you want to ride from Oregon City, or pick up along the way.

Dennis,

Can I park my car around your place? I need to pick up my baby daughter when we get back, she will be in Clackamas.

There is usually room to park around my place. Just be sure to not park on the street directly in front of my house. I have been hit-and-run three times in the last two years while parked there.

Anybody else?

I am 99.9% going, can I get a ride? This would be a huge help.

Thanks a lot and have a great Saturday

Have room for one more? What time do you want to leave?

I think that there is only going to be me, snowpunk (maybe), catholicteacher (maybe) and defigart. So there should be lots of room.

I am saying to meet at my house at noon. That gives us two hours to make the 90 minute drive.

Doran wants to stop by Albany's Aquarium. I am not enthusiastic, but willing if everyone else wants to.

My van seats up to 8, 6 is comfy, 7 is cozy, 8 well you get the idea. If everyone chips in like $5 for gas, Ill be more than happy.(whistle) I cant drop everyone off afterwords because I have to pick up my kids. Ideas?

We dont have to stop by Albany's Aquarium, just thought it might be fun for some of those who haven't been there to see it.(rock2)

I have someone coming by my place at 1:30 to help me with my tank, if I could get someone local to help out this poor beggar a little earlier with his tank problem then I could make it to the meeting, otherwise I don't know if I can make it. I have never replaced a bulkhead so I am a little concerned without being shown what to do. Anyone available tomorrow morning? You will officially be my hero, well in between God and Jack Bauer.

I'll put up the $5 if you drive. :)

My family was trying to figure out how we were going to get 3 different people to 3 different spots at the same time with only 2 cars.

We can still have anyone meet at my place at noon, then Doran does not need to drive all over. Catholicteacher has dropped out due to tank emergency. :(

Doran, have you got directions yet?

Alright, all thanks to JManrow on this one: I am now able to go as he is helping me with my tank. Hopefully I can still hitchhike with you guys?

How many people are going so far? I count a total of 7 from the responses, that's including me. anyone have an estimate on what time we'll get back? just wondering?

dsoz

I count 6. Snowpunk said that he could not make it. So that leaves Doran, Rob, Bryan, Calvin, Catholicteacher, and me. Just about right for a 1.5 hour ride.

if the meeting is over about 4, the trip home is 1.5 hours. If we stop at AAA, figure 15-30 minutes or so. Home between 6 and 7.
