What to feed my LTA?

I have heard table shrimp is fine, is this the case? What is the best thing to feed it?

silversides, frozen krill ,fresh clam meat, fresh prawns just experement with different types of fresh seafood depending on ware they came from they may of ate fish or inverts so you my have to try both untill you get to eat i have two and one only likes siversides or any fresh sea fish and other likes fresh prawns or krill just make sure it comes from the ocean no fresh water stuff and leave shell on shrimp if it will take it that way extra nutrients good for them.
